Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

The App does not require users to enter personal information that could directly identify them, such as name, address, phone number, or email address.

In connection with your use of the App, the following information may be generated or collected.

(1) Gameplay Data (Stored On-Device)

Game progress data such as stage clear status, remaining lives, and settings is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to our servers or any other external destination.

(2) Information Related to Advertising

The App uses Unity LevelPlay (an ad mediation service that includes Unity Ads / ironSource) to display advertisements. For the purposes of ad delivery, optimization, and performance measurement, the following types of information may be collected by this service and the ad networks it connects to:

• Advertising identifiers (IDFA, GAID, etc.)
• Device information (OS type/version, device model, etc.)
• Approximate location information (based on IP address)
• App usage data (ad impressions, taps, etc.)

The collection and use of this information is governed by the privacy policies of each advertising provider. The main recipients are as follows:

Note: Unity LevelPlay is a mediation service, and ad networks other than those listed above may also be connected. Please refer to Unity's disclosures for the current list of connected networks.

(3) Tracking Permission on iOS (ATT)

When used on an iOS device, the App displays the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission dialog for purposes such as ad personalization. Even if you do not grant permission, the core functionality of the App remains fully available.

2. Purpose of Use

The information collected is used for the following purposes:

• To deliver, display, measure, and optimize advertisements
• To prevent fraudulent use
• To improve the quality of the App and address defects

3. Third-Party Disclosure

We will not provide collected information to third parties without the consent of the user, except where required by law. We may provide information to the advertising providers listed in Section 2 within the scope necessary for ad delivery; where such a provider receives the information as personal data, we provide it only after confirming that consent has been obtained on the recipient's side. The App obtains the necessary consent and provides opt-out means through the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission on iOS and through the settings provided by each ad network.

In addition, the advertising providers listed above include entities located in the United States and other countries outside Japan. The handling of information by these entities is governed by each entity's own privacy policy.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The App and the connected advertising SDKs may use device identifiers and similar technologies (comparable to cookies) for usage analysis and ad delivery.

5. Use by Children

The App does not target advertising at any specific age group and is not primarily directed at children. Parents and guardians should review their device settings (such as tracking permission status) when their children use the App.

6. Notice to California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights regarding your information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):

• The right to request disclosure of information collected
• The right to request deletion of information
• The right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of information (including cross-context behavioral advertising)
• The right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights

The App may share advertising identifiers and similar information with advertising providers, which may constitute "sharing" under the CCPA/CPRA. If you wish to opt out, you may do so through your device's OS settings (ad personalization settings, tracking permission settings, resetting the advertising identifier, etc.), or by contacting us using the information in Section 9.

7. Requests for Disclosure or Deletion of Information

Because the App does not retain information that individually identifies users, we may be unable to respond to requests for disclosure, correction, or deletion of personal data. If you wish to reset or delete your advertising identifier, you can do so through your device's OS settings (ad personalization settings, etc.).

8. Changes to This Policy

We may revise the contents of this Policy as necessary. Any revised Privacy Policy will take effect once it is published within the App or through another method designated by us.
